Industrial Buildings

There are approximately 30 buildings already in use in the Business Park Backi Petrovac.  Halls, warehouses, sheds, business premises of various kinds are all available for rent or sale.  The structures range from 25 m2 up to 3000 m2, while projects in the pipeline go up to 5,000 m2.  Our buildings are also in different condition regarding the available infrastructure and quality, meaning that every investor should be able to find something suitable for himself.  Some of our buildings are completely renovated, while others wait for their final purpose in order to be renovated.  Finally, all our buildings are legal, they have a construction and usage permit, and most important - they are all privately owned.  Also, approximately 13 ha of the construction land is available for sales, plotted into 0.5 to 4 ha land plots.  

Building No 1

Building No 1 is situated at the very entrance of the Business Park.  It is suitable for different purposes which could fit into 60 m2, but ideally, some retail business activity could work well in this small building.  Its rooms and structure are suitable for any type of work with clients, such as shop, restaurant, bar, and similar.  There is electricity and two toilets in this building.

Building No 2

Building No 2 is situated opposite from the building No 1, at the entrance into the Business Park.  It has been completely renovated, and moreover, the heating and cooling system installed in this building is base on the water heat exchange pump, meaning that the consumption of energy in this building is very modest.  Generally, this building is designed to be a modern office building.  

Building No 3

Building No 3 is located along the public road running through the Business Park.  It is suitable for diverse business activities, primarily processing operations.  It is equipped with several toilets and electricity.

Building No 4

Building No 4 is located in the central part of the industrial zone Business Park Backi Petrovac.  It is suitable to be turned into office or warehousing space, or a combination of the two.  Knowing that the building has 2 floors, the ground floor is currently being used as a warehouse,and it has been renovated.

Building No 5

Building No 5 is situated in the second row of buildings, observed from the road that runs through the Business Park.  It is an aging, ground building, suitable for various types of artisan activities, primarily because its rooms can be merged and split in many different ways.  There is a large semi-open shed behind the whole building, which allows access to the rooms in any weather conditions.  

Building No 6

Building No 6 is a concrete built building of a net square area of 804 m2.  Up to now, it was by far most wanted building.  It has electricity, water and toilets.  The height in the building is suitable for most activities, even for those that require installation of the moving internal crane.  The building has 2 entrances, as well as one separate room of app 40 m2, that can be used for aligned business activities or as a small warehouse.

Building No 9

Building No 9 is located in the central part of the industrial zone Business Park Backi Petrovac.  It is an aging, partly renovated building, with electricity available.  New sliding door has been installed in order to ease the access to the internal room, which is mostly suitable for warehousing of different goods, both on pallets and in jumbo bags. 

Building No 10

Building No 10 is located in the central part of the industrial zone Business Park Backi Petrovac.  It is an aging, partly renovated building, with electricity available.  New sliding door has been installed in order to ease the access to the internal room, which is mostly suitable for warehousing of different goods, both on pallets and in jumbo bags.

Building No 12

Building No 12 is a 2 floors building, located along the public road that runs through Business Park Backi Petrovac.  It is planned that the reconstruction of this building results in having a nice office building, possibly a home to an ICT company that is interested to work in Novi Sad and surrounding.

Building No 14

Building No 14  is located in the center of the industrial zone Business Park Backi Petrovac.  It can be reached from two sides, i.e. the newly planned public road is bordering it from two sides.  From the other two sides it borders other construction land plots for sale.

Building No 17

Building No 17 is an industrial building in the heart of Business Park.  Centrally located, it is the largest building in the Business Park.  It was built from prefabricated concrete elements, with the firm concrete floor, and several entrances.  There is a concrete pavement of app 1,000 m2 of space around the building, suitable for use of vehicles of various dimension.

Building No 20

Production hall, i.e. multipurpose business facility, marked as the Building No 20 is located in the central part of the Business Park Backi Petrovac industrial zone.  For an entrepreneur who needs app 300 m2 of business or storage space close to Novi Sad, Serbia, this building can be just the right solution.  It has L shape, with several entrances, and great maneuvering space around.

Building No 25

Building No 25 is a multipurpose building, built with firm solid material.  Its square area is app. 700 m2, and it is equipped with water and electricity.  It is located in the Southern end of the Business Park, 15 min of driving from Novi Sad.

Building No 29

Building No 29, located in the industrial zone Business Park Backi Petrovac close to Novi Sad is a typical warehouse building. Its square area is app 200 m2, with large doors on one wall, making its construction perfect for manipulating large freights.
